I have created a series of art workshops called “Brushes in Bunkers” ranging from complete beginners to more advanced artists. They will be held in an old 60ft WWII underground bunker which remains cool most of the year round.
This little cabin was just outside the roadhouse near the Meier’s lake. I just fell in love with the cabin and the surrounding forest.
The other aspect of painting old trucks and tractors is the blokes that visiting my gallery with their significant others are now more engaging than when I only a collection of animals and landscapes to view.
Now I have discovered watercolour & Ink and the use of exaggerated colour, I have managed to bring a dull photo to life. Not only in colour but also an expression of movement as well.
