While on the second cosmos tour we visited Sun Peaks, British Columbia, Canada. After traveling up the mountain on a gondola lift mum and I went for a walk and came across some ground squirrels. I absolutely loved these little things zipping around all over the place. This ground squirrel just froze when it spotted me. However It kept eating almost in slow motion while giving me the evil eye while trying not to move.

Finished Artwork.

Framed Artwork.
For my Black Label collection I use Winsor & Newton Gouache on Black Colourfix Art Spectrum Paper or Black Mi-Teintes Touch Canson Paper.
My painting come from my own experiences that I have photographed while traveling. By reading this blog, you as a viewer can now hear The Story Behind the Painting. Where, when, what was happening while I was photographing the wildlife.
Enjoy, Chris Osborne
He’s lovely.
